As in 🌱 Anonymous users should not be able to save searches without notification Closed: won't fix , I think it probably makes sense to just let site builders have that freedom.
If a type has no notification plugins set, no notifications will be sent for that type in any case. Therefore, the "Notification interval" option becomes pointless.
Do we therefore want to forbid access to the field in this case? Or do we leave that to the admin (i.e., hide the field in the form display settings, or through
