Add config hints to elements representing configuration

There is some work being done in 🐛 Display status message on configuration forms when there are overridden values Fixed to provide hints to users in UI if some configuration is overridden. All you have to do is add the info to your elements.

Though the patch is not ready for prime time, it may be worth adding the hints to your code, as I have created a module that makes use of such suggestions.
