Replace "path" with "route"

I see lot's of modules are using the "path" in a config to create links. When working with a module like " rename_admin_paths → " this will break as the view is rendered with hardcoded paths instead of properly using the existing routes. I propose to add support for setting a route + route variables in a view config to render a link with the router rather than having the "path" with a bunch of replacements which differs from the D8 routing system.
