Provide each column as separate views field

I rerolled #2. I also added a test.

I'm building a new project at work and am using the Name field for the first time. My use case is the same or similar to what's described in the OP. I need to use Views' Global: Combined Fields Filter in order to be able to search a Name field as well as a Preferred/Alias/Nickname field from a single exposed form element. In order to do that, the individual subfields need to be available to be added to the view's field list.

I forgot the class docblock.

The test didn't fail because it wasn't being run. I knew something was wrong with that namespace when I wrote it.

As an alternative assign a non-default or special created format as content.
