dblog links broken after 8.4.* update

This issue is dependent on ✨ Replace "path" with "route" Active . However, even if this issue gets addressed in Views, core says this is a "won't fix" #3162239: wrong url for log messages when rename_admin_paths enabled → .

Therefore, unless someone wants to write a submodule to fix this in dblog, I doubt there is a way forward.

Since this will require fixes to core and the addition of a submodule, I think it's better to note this as a limitation of the module in the README and on the module page.

If the core fix ever gets in, we can revisit this.
