Automatically create an ERD from existing types

@joachim this module doesn't automatically create a full diagram, but if you place two bundles that are connected through an existing reference field, this module will automatically draw the connection. I'm personally skeptical that attempting to automatically generate a full ERD is really a good idea. My personal view is that for complex sites, it's more useful to make diagrams for parts of the site's architecture, but open to other perspectives here.

The idea of merging functionality with Field Tools is definitely interesting. There is some work to do getting this module using up-to-date versions of the libraries it uses, in particular to take advantage of new capabilities. Maybe part of the modernization could be getting it ready for inclusion in Field Tools.
