Provide a "subtotal without tax" to the order total template

The subtotal including VAT is still very confusing for users and shop owners. Indeed it should be improved, at least textually, if it's hard to solve this code-wise.

I'd personally see this as bug from the user perspective.

I think it's depending on the use case. For a max of flexibility we should have fields/variables with and without tax for unit price, subtotal and total. And a field how much the Vat is.
