Support optional CDN and options for fields, types and formatters

It makes sense to consider options to get the library via CDN like provided by the outsourced tiny module at https://www.drupal.org/project/datatables_cdn β†’

If we merge this modules code back into the original DataTables module we also can provide some features for fields, types and formatters outside of Views and would complete the DataTables implementation without too much efforts.

Put this as postponed for later activation - but it needs somebody willing to work on this. But if I may point out a consideration: This should not be started before the future of this Datatables implementation is clear after jQuery removal. According discussions can be found in other issues here.

Hm after rethinking I would like to ask around if we should shamelessly merge back this 2 years old fork https://www.drupal.org/project/datatables_cdn β†’ in to this project here, which would cover most of the asked features in here? Updated the OT summary and title accordingly to get a future proof and sense making FR.

Important: CDN should be (easy) opt-in, as in the EU for example it would be dangerous to use a CDN by default due to privacy policy laws!
But yes, it makes sense to tests and for easier testing! :)

Please do not feel offended by me contradicting on this: But it can't be more wrong than that, when left like this. That "important" note (made with exclamation marks) is not only quite misleading @Anybody. It is unfactually stirring up in that context far too early (and in the wrong issue queue, btw), and plus, simply wrong left like this without further details. Legal and security issues are a serious topic and should not be taken easy and raising them spontanously should be thought of twice. Legal issues are part of my scopes in the companies I am CEO of over 30 years. ;-)

I sadly have no time to answer in detail yet on this, but I will come back and give a detailed answer on this following maybe later on this day to explain my reaction. So please be patient for a detailed answer on this in the next hours. ;-) Thanks for understanding!
