Flag for switzerland

Switzerland is not a language, so I don't think that belongs here?
Please tell me, if I'm wrong. And please prepare a MR.

Swiss-German is not a official language, but still, in context of Drupal it is chooseable/addable as language.
It's kind of a derivative of high German.
