Create article which containing paragraphs with drupal8 and rest API

Hello,

I try to POST a new article with related paragraphs from default REST API. What is the best way to do that?
I would like to POST this article in 1 step with hal_json format but it seems to require the entity id of the attached paragraphs (not yet created in my case).
