Absolute URL of inline images inserted using CKEditor

Created on 31 January 2017, over 8 years ago

Node body has relative link of inline images inserted using default ckeditor, hence images are not displayed in android app consuming API endpoints and newsletters. Is there any way to create a text filter/code so that node body contains absolute URL`s.

This has been a while since this post. But, this is where I am at now. I can not get ckeeditor images to pulling into my nextjs site. The images are relative path. Is the work around to add something in nextjs, to add the full path.... I'm sure you guys have found a way to make this work. My users that edit with Drupal, will add images in the pages, so I need to have them pull into the frontend nextjs site. If anyone can point me in the right direction. Thank you!
