Patch #8 does not apply. Patch #9 breaks the whole player as it generated faulty HTML.
At current, the display widget assumes a width/height in pixels, and constrains the video element, accordingly. This can result in unintended consequences regarding full-screen mode as well as poor UX on devices smaller than the specified size.
The more preferable solution would be to use Video JS classes like vjs-16-9 and friends, and having the size of the container handled in CSS.
