Update readme and module description page for clarity

I've created an MR to update the README file, based on the proper setup for the current, supported release.

Also, I've started a documentation guide for this module, and have created a page about installation and setup → which attempts to bring over (and bring up-to-date) this older documentation page → .

I recognize that the README specifically documents creating a new view, and adding a block for the sorting interface. The documentation guide page currently describes adding a sorting display to an existing view, and is mostly agnostic about the kind of display (block/page/attachment) but does provide specific direction on the setup if using a block. I could see value in having these resources more aligned, but there may also be value in having more than one use case documented.

I welcome (constructive) feedback on both the MR here and the new documentation guide page. Also, I would love to hear any ideas around what other areas would be worth documenting as pages in the guide.

Thanks @mandclu those instructions worked well for me to get a draggable view working in Drupal 10. I'd got stuck using the readme.md file, partly as I assumed I needed to position the Draggableviews: Content field before the title. Once moved to after the title it worked fine.

I added !33 and also made my own modified README.md. I have committed them to 2.1.x and am going to mark this as Fixed. Feel free to create a new issue if you want to modify README.md again.
