On the front page the process is well explained but there is no documentation in core MAINTAINERS.txt or anywhere I could find in the documentation on d.o about who is on "The coding standards committee" or who is a "coding standards maintainer". Is that the same thing as the Technical working group → ? Because it sounds different.
