Provide for contextual filter argument option on field widget

Problem/Motivation

Contextual arguments on views used within an entity browser, such as the contextual filter "content ID from url", do not work.

Proposed resolution

Add option on field widget to specify url arguments, using tokens that would be passed to the view to populate the contextual filter arguments.

Original issue description

Created a media type with a entity reference field to node.
Set up a entity browser type.
Created a entity browser view with media list.
Created a field in the content type with widget entity browser.

It works fine and displays all media.(like a 100) which makes selection hard.

I only want the media referencing the node so set up a contextual argument with default value: content ID from url.
Though the view preview shows the media (5 media files), it fails in the entity browser both in iframe and modal.
