Like @smustgrave I am not able to reproduce this. I was trying with Drupal 10.1.x, umami install.
Therfore I am closing as outdated.
When I create a view with a contextual filter and a relationship, selecting "Content ID from URL" for my default option, then saving the View, makes it so I can no longer click any Views links in the GUI and have them work. I only see an AJAX spinner and then no popups ever after that point.
Provided a config export of my view.
