Dimensions not available for image style when rendering

The width and height (among other things) are missing when rendering an image, because the FileImageFormatter uses the image_style directly, which assumes that width and height are passed along.

The image dimensions are still incorrect, it is especially a problem with the new lazy-loading options for images.
