When installing D8 and selecting my country it doesn't automatically adjust timezone

Problem/Motivation

Currently when you install D8 and you select which country you are, it doesn't automatically adjust the timezone as it does in D7. It would be nice if I select South Africa it automatically selects timezone of Africa/Johannesburg.

It could also perhaps in brackets say (GMT +2). That would also be nice.
