Collapsed field group DIV - Accessibility (No JS) fails as 'style: display: none' added inline.

field_group_pre_render_div is building the display: none from a logical check. This is coded quite hard. Suggested fix - Add the display: none via CSS on the wrapper.

Steps to repeat:
Download and install Field Group

Expected Results:
With Javascript turned off in the browser 'Collapsed'

should display content on the page.

Actual Results:
With Javascript turned off in the browser 'Collapsed'

content can not be viewed on the page as 'style: display: none' added inline.
