In first column, beside every permission there is a checkbox that should to select all permissions allowed for all users in the same row, it does not work properly, same goes for its tweaks as well.
Steps to Reproduce the Bug:
1. Choose any permission from the first column
2. Click on it, it will work properly by selecting all permissions
3. Click on same checkbox again, it will deselect all permissions
4. Re-click on same checkbox all it does tweaks red, and that goes on for every next click(bug)
