Make progress bar accessible

This can be done for 6.x and then potentially backported.

MR needs to be rerolled and tests need to be updated.

I rerolled the MR to 6.3.x. Let's see what happens via the tests.

jrockowitz → changed the visibility of the branch 6.2.x to hidden.

I am also realizing that additional people need to confirm these changes are beneficial.
