Drush integration to download/install mPDF makes it much easier to use - attached is a patch that adds a Drush command to do so.

Drush Command:
pdf-using-mpdf-lib

Alias: dl-mpdf
Usage: > drush pdf-using-mpdf-lib
Automatically run on installation of module through Drush or manually available at any time.
