Moving this to the main module as I merged the functionality there.
I've been trying to use Views RSS however when the View is configured to output a media content element nothing is printed, other media elements work as expected. I've stepped through the field formatter code and I can see that the XML is being generated correctly however I am not able to determine why this XML is not printed by the Views display. See links below for screenshots of configuration\output.
