Save data when switching language

Hello everyone, I think it would be very helpful if Drupal would save the state of a node (as is already being done by Views), when a user is editing a node with their translations.

Normally when a node is changed, are also changed his translations, it would be nice to change the node, change language, change the content for the second language and be able to make a single save.

This request was made by our group that we Copyrighter entirely within the company, but I think it might be useful to almost everyone to improve the usability of Drupal.

Thank you for sharing your idea for improving Drupal.

We are working to decide if this proposal meets the Criteria for evaluating proposed changes. There hasn't been any discussion here for over 8 years which suggests that this has either been implemented or there is no community support. Your thoughts on this will allow a decision to be made.

Since we need more information to move forward with this issue, the status is now Postponed (maintainer needs more info). If we don't receive additional information to help with the issue, it may be closed after three months.

    Thanks!
