Unchecked > Changed! > Unchanged
My suggestion is to change it to:
Changed! > Unchecked > Unchanged
The reason is Unchecked are mainly custom modules so of course there wouldn't be anything to diff against, whereas the main use case of Hacked! is to check modules haven't had any interim patches to them before updating to the latest version, hopefully with the patches now baked in, for this reason Changed! are the ones that are of most interest and should be at the top.
