Use proper "password" wording instead of "pass"

Thanks for the idea.

It has been 10 years and there has been no interest in pursing this feature request. And it is true that there are there are usage of 'pass' in core when it should be 'password'. However, none of those are user facing so at best this is minor priority. It would also be difficult to automate this to prevent future use of 'pass' instead of 'password'.

I think this proposal doesn't met the Criteria for evaluating proposed changes → . In this case, there is not demonstrated demand and support for the change.
