For most purposes, the "List" page for a taxonomy is the base link that you get to and where you want to be. It is the left-most link in the tabs, and the top link in the operations list from admin/structure/taxonomy.
However, if you're on the taxonomy add term page, like
admin/structure/taxonomy/manage/tags/add
and you go to the breadcrumb and click the link that says "Tags" in the breadcrumb list, that takes you back to
admin/structure/taxonomy/manage/tags (the Edit vocabulary page)
where you'd really rather be on
admin/structure/taxonomy/manage/tags/overview (the list terms page)

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
I tested this on Drupal 11.x standard install. The breadcrumb on /admin/structure/taxonomy/manage/tags/add does not have 'Tags'. It now has 'Edit Tags' and that does take you to the edit tags page. So, the label has changed and that should clear up any confusion.
