[META] Improving SignatureField Module for D7

I think to improve this module few things have to be done for a production website. These following features I think they are very important:

Form builder is a very common used GUI for the webforms which is currently not support it by this module. - ✨ Form Builder Support Closed: outdated
README.txt does not have the proper documentation on how to install this module which is provide it on this issue. 🐛 Library Folder Structure Closed: outdated
