Webform 4x Support

Problem:

This module was mainly written for the Webform 3.x version and they are showing few errors when this module is been used. A grat example is this issue - 💬 Undefined idex: mandatory - Error message on above the form Closed: outdated . And the reason this error is because The $component['mandatory'] property has been renamed to $component['required'] →

Solution:

The solution for this module is provide a patch that would fix some of the errors show up on Webform 4x. In addition we need to provide a configuration page where it can me choose between the webform 3x or 4x.
