Rules workflow for sending term subscription emails

I’ve got content and user subscription emails set up and (apparently) working okay.

However, I cannot figure out the Rules workflow for term subscriptions.

I’ve followed the same basic workflow used with content and user subscriptions. However, I’m getting stuck at the action to fetch all users who have flagged a taxonomy term. My flag is listed. Below this is the data selector for the taxonomy term. It’s at this point that things fall apart.

Is there something else that I need to add to the workflow (such as creating a term reference for the message type)?

Or, what should I be selecting to have the Rule fetch all the users who have flagged any of the terms attached to the new/updated node?
