Best Bets and Contextual nav not displaying

Hi PreviousNext folks.

While looking at implementing this into our website, we noticed that the Best Bets and the Contextual Navigation weren't displaying.
We found that the XML returned to us from our FunnelBack provider (FUNNELBACK_PADRE_13.0.1.7) contained a slightly differnt schema to those that are hard-coded into this module.

Best Bets is:
$xml->best_bets->bb
instead of:
$xml->featured_pages->fp

And the Contextual Nav is:
$xml->contextual_navigation
instead of:
$xml->fluster

I'm not sure if a straight up .patch would be the best way to fix this. As the schema may be differnt between FunnelBack providers and versions. But I'm happy to provide a .patch if needed.
