Our Merge implementation is not native to MySQL and can result in complicated table locking situations.
We have added a capability where mysql specific backends can exist. So let's create an InsertOnDuplicateKeyUpdate.
Align placeholders.
Add a demo. Cache, keyvalue, config, there are many.
