Rethink the form examples

Problem/Motivation

In #2102659: Add new Form API example module for Drupal 8 → it was suggested to rethink the outline of form example. Examples 1 though 6 also have no useful submit or validate handlers. It would be a better experience to have a very simple but working form example to start with. Each example sould cover a different kind of form without too much overlap between the examples. A first good step in the outline would be to write down the subject and the didactical purpose for each example.

Proposed resolution

1. Identify different type of forms available in Drupal 8 core.
2. Make decision on how we want to port them in to example.
