Implement an EVA field label

When adding a view of a single field to a node via EVA, there are two possible options to give that field a label within the node:

1) Show the title of the view using the EVA field display "Show title" option.
2) Use the individual field setting in the view to "Create a label".

Both of these methods obviously produce labels with different markup from the field labels of the node, and therefore different styling. Neither option gives the node-type administrator the ability to configure the field label in "Manage display".

My request is: Expose the title of the EVA field display as a field label. This will allow the site admin to set the visibility and placement of the field label as they do with any other node field. The label thus displayed would pick up the existing styling for node field labels.

Note: I am not asking for the node-type administrator to be able to change the EVA field's label text (although that would be nice), just the hidden/above/inline option.
