I tested this last night on Drupal 11.x, as explained in the issue summary, and this is working now. Therefor, closing as outdated.
In Configuration Management import interface, It will be great to have an option to overwrite.
Like ctools used to have an option to overwrite while importing views with same id.
when I import a tour with id that already exists, I am getting this error “tour entity with ID ***** already exists.”
