This is a spin-off from #514990-68: Add a UI for browsing tokens → and subsequent comments.
In order to use tokens more easily in form inputs, add the option to enable autocomplete with suggestions when typing tokens into a form input element, such as textfields and textareas. This is different from the token browser, which is a list view of all available tokens. The autocomplete's goal is to help users who know which tokens they want to use, whereas the overview/browser helps users when they do not know which tokens are available yet.
