Consolidate 'datetime'/'datetime_form' and 'datelist'/'datelist_form' #type and #theme names for consistency

This is part of #2025629: [meta] Ensure that all #theme/#theme_wrappers hooks provided by core are associated with a sensible, re-usable element #type → . No changes here other than matching the #type and #theme names for datetime elements and their default theme hooks for consistency.
