Use exposed filter operator

The is probably best explained by example.

I have an exposed filter with it's operator set to "Contains".

With "Use Autocomplete" disabled performing searches does what it says on the tin and results are show that contain the search term.

However with "Use Autocomplete" enabled suggestions are only provided terms that start with the text being entered into the input box.

The suggestion is that the suggestions list should make use of the filter's operator, in this case "Contains", when generation the suggestion list.
