show "just now" instead of "1 second ago" after posting nodes and comments

The Facebook iphone app shows "just now" after posting new content. I thought that's kind of cool and should be implemented in Drupal.

Maybe show "just now" after posting nodes and comments, if it's less than 30 seconds ago.

According to me Fr time interval <= 1 second we should show just now . For rest Drupal it self is handling .

Seems to contain a lot of out of scope changes.

If a different solution is going to be used the issue summary needs to be updated.
