Add tables class whitelist and blacklist

I use some tables for display table data, but other tables - for design info on site.
Table Alternate Rows filter acts on each table and adds tags to tables that I don't want to colorize.
Will be good to add filters for tables with 2 types:
- Act on each table instead of thouse classes: class1, class2
- Act only on tables with thouse classes: class1, class2

Can you add this in next versions?
