The exposed form reset button does not work for the filters. It just redirects to the homepage. If I use firebug and look at the form I see:
<form accept-charset="UTF-8" id="views-exposed-form-careers-block" method="get" action="/" class="views-processed">
Obviously it is the action that is incorrect and I do not know why it is doing that. Here is the page it is causing problems:
