There seem to be a few shortcomings of Tracker when it comes to working with node revisions.
First, I think that if a node has been modified, the "Recent Content" page should list the person who made the most recent edit and not just the page's author. Providing the Last Updated column seems somewhat meaningless if it's not accompanied by information on who made that update.
Second, for custom content types that automatically create new revisions every time the page is saved, Tracker should incorporate that revision history. In particular, "My Recent Content" should automatically list nodes that I've edited, not just nodes that I've created. Then Tracker could realistically be used to track an editor's activity on the site.
Adding these features would be an important step towards making Tracker more equivalent to a wiki's Recent Changes page.

This is now Postponed. The status is set according to two policies. The Remove a core extension and move it to a contributed project → and the Extensions approved for removal → policies.
It will be moved to the contributed extension → once the Drupal 11 branch is open.
