I missed the update for the final class in PasswordResetSubscriber
I reviewed the patch and it was not taking the `Frontend url` to build the user reset password URL and the subject was not set for mail properly.
I have updated the patch.
Patch is created to fix the issue.

I have tested patch #35 and it's working fine. Now, its taking configuration of resource for page limit.
MR request (https://git.drupalcode.org/issue/created_date_views_filters-3423842/-/tr...) is working fine and its solving phpcs issue.
I have tested patch https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2023-09-24/entity_limit--use_getkey_... → and its workgin fine.
Needs review.

Changing to latest target issue branch.
3.0.0-beta1 is compatiable with Drupal 10. I have checkecd and we can close this issue.
