Rolled against 6.0.x with small tweaks and fix. We're still seeing it on ours but no need to reopen unless others are seeing the issue- mgaskey and I are troubleshooting on the same project.

Thank you for the re-roll! Made a small tweak to keep it looking for the js-form-submit class.
