I sent a commit to the issue fork merging the content of the patch #2 📌 D10 Compatibility Fixed . In the patch is missing the update to the composer.json file
Update constraint on jquery_ui_accordion to `^2.0.0`
I tested in a fresh installation of Drupal 10 and is working as expected.
