I believe you will have to port over AT Core first and then use Devel Subthemer module to create a subtheme in BackdropCMS. Then move any custom code to the newly created subtheme in BackdropCMS. Make sure you have drupal compatibility mode enabled.
Will update if I manage to port over AT Core. Open to suggestions and ideas.
