I can't install jivochat on the site. I did everything according to the instructions, but the chat appeared in the admin area of the site, and not on the site itself. jivochat support says that you need to find out which template the site is made on and in which file you need to install the code.
Не могу установить jivochat на сайт. Сделала все по инструкции, однако чат появился в админке сайта, а не на самом сайте. Поддержка jivochat говорит, что надо у вас узнать, на каком шаблоне сделан сайт и в какой файл нужно установить код.
