The patch #45 is still not inside the core code in Drupal 10. Wouldn't that be good?

I am having the same issue. (And additionally, the same error message for another config that seems to be custom)

It seems that this piece of code just creates the dropdown menue options - when I add "street" there, it appears in the dropdown menue, but it's not clickable, as the functionality has not been defined
