Hello, I have the same problem, I am working localhost with xampp, on Windows 11.
Drupal Version 9.4.15, php 8.1.25, phpffmeg Version: 8.x-1.1, streaming Version: 1.2.0. I applied the patch previously uninstalling de module removing Streaming Video type. It still gives me the blank screen. The only thing that I am missing is the ffmpeg settings, I left the paths blank following the note:"Leave empty if the binary is located within system PATH." Please advise
