Dear @cilefen,

We are testing this platform now as we foresee to migrate some of our websites there. However, as of now, there is only an old version of this same website, based on Drupal 9.5 that is running perfectly fine.

On the other hand, we have not tested a new basic site but we did remove completely the directory with the problematic site as well as it's database and reinstalled it from scratch, after which we imported the backups.

We can also provide you with package.json and composer.json files if needed.

Best,
giosal90

Dear @cilefen,

I'm working on the same project. Thank you for your time trying to help us investigate the issue.

To respond to your questions:
- There are no error messages in the Drupal internal log or Apache logs on the server, except for the famous AJAX error in the JS console in the browser.
- The setup of the platform is the following: it is hosted on one of the servers of Infomaniak (Swiss hosting provider) with Debian 8 based on linux kernel 4.9.0-0.bpo.12-amd64, PHP 8.2 and Drupal 10.2.6. However, I seriously doubt that anybody else on any other environment will be able to reproduce this bug as we weren't able to do so neither in a local environment (on multiple computers) nor on our own servers.

Thank you again,
Best,
giosal90

Consider issue closed and resolved.

Thanks a lot!

@doxigo,
I was completely right, SDC module was disabled in my Drupal installation.

Now working on making my custom theme understand SDCs

@doxigo,
I've upgraded everything, including bootstrap and its dependencies.
However, it appears that somehow my Drupal 10 doesn't support SDCs?

And also errors on every page for different components

Sorry for a late reply, you have to check the components directory in Radix 5 and see if there's a badge there at all? not sure if there is, it is in Radix 6

What @Tirupati_Singh suggested doesn't work on 5.x since it's not SDC compatible

@doxigo,
Thank you for your reply.

There definitely isn't a badge component. However after upgrading to version 6, the site doesn't load at all with the following error:

The website encountered an unexpected error. Try again later.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.

The workflow we're trying to implement is the following:

1. We have a PDF document with text fields.
2. FillPDF fills out the document fields with the specific data from Webform Submission per entity.
3. We would like then to allow a user to sign this document by clicking on "Sign" button.
4. We have also uploaded the same document to DocuSign as a template and added a signature field.
5. So, when user clicks on "Sign" button, we would like them to be redirected to DocuSign eSignature page where they can sign the document.
5.1. If I understand correctly, at this stage our application must make an API call to the DocuSign eSignature API and request the creation of the Envelope and transmit the document in base64 encoded format, right?
6. When the document is signed, the user should be redirected back to the website and the signed document stored locally on the server.
6.1. Again, if I understand correctly, at this stage the DocuSign eSignature API should return the signed document to our application, right?

And thank you for any help in advance.

@Tirupati_Singh, thank you, I've tried it, but still getting the same error, now for radix:badge
